      Has anyone been out lately? Hows the amount of snow on the area lakes? Hows the bite been?

        Bite has been hit or miss, still plenty of snow on all the lakes, but not enough to hamper truck travel. I hit Mule John on Sunday and it was slow. Really had to work for the fish.

          Anyone been out on island lake looking to find some big crappies had great success last winter this time

            Island has been a zoo, and it has affected the fishing, if you can get away from the crowd or go at off peak times, you can do pretty well though!
