      This morning my wife and I woke up and realized our chicken coop had been compromised. After a little investigating we saw what we believe was a badger crossing our road with one of the 13 chickens it killed. My question is can I legally kill it?

        Personally, after 13 dead chickens, I would have been firing
        away and asking questions later. I do think you have
        every right to protect your home and your property.

          Well if u dont have the tree hugging bunny lover type living close by like I do I would of sent some hot lead it’s way that’s for sure no hesitation
