There is one at the gas station in South Haven as well.

Anyone know if the ice on Lake Frances is still thick enough to snowmobile on this weekend?

FYI – the Conoco in Buffalo is now a Tesoro station, and they expanded their fishing and bait section.

J and J Marine between Annandale and South Haven has bait and Tackle. But I don’t believe they are open on Sundays.

The Ace Hardware store on the east side of Rockford has a good selection and they are very nice to deal with.

Little Jim’s has some of the best bait in the area. Not only that, but all the guys who work there are great and informative!

Tesero (sp) gas/bait station on 55 in South Haven has a really nice, helpful couple there who either own or manage the place. They took time to help me choose a good local lake to fish and sold me bait. I intend to shop there whenever I’m in the neighborhood. Mom and Pop places are a treasure. Really nice, knowledgeable folks.

I think the list should be renewed, Buffalo, MN. has another bait shop on the down side of town. The shop is Pike’s, They started selling in Dec. 2009
This fall pike’s also carried redtail minnows, several other shops, around the area did not have redtails.
I ffel helping to support snother shop can only help the fishermen.
