Figured it’s been forever since I posted and since the site is looking for a touch up I would post something. Fished Bald Eagle on Sunday morning and noted the water temps are still fairly high at 75 degree’s. I would anticipate them to slowly drop throughout the week with the current weather outlook and drop much faster next week with the cooler temps on the way. I was out fishing skies along with quite a few other guys but did not see any beyond a fish porpoising right in front of my boat. Noted a lot of guys on the south side fishing the fingers but didn’t see anyone have any luck, doesn’t mean they didn’t. Water is very green right now and hard to see your bait, algae bloom is still pretty prevalent. Tried alot of different baits but hard to see what they’re doing or where they are when you don’t get any action. Will definitely start getting out more now that the heat of the summer is hopefully behind us and some cooler temps set in.

great report, thanx for sharing….,B.E. skis get pounded hard as you know,we’ve had best luck at night with top water once we’ve marked follows during daylight, same works well on all ski lakes…night fishing.
