I had the Sea Star steering cylinder rebuilt on my boat and replaced all the fuel lines and filters. What improvements or repairs did some of you do over the winter?

I didn’t actually work on it but…. I sold my little 14′ fishing boat last fall. Now I need to figure out how to make our 19′ glass runabout work better for fishing. I had already made a removable floor for the open bow and boards for the jump seats. Basically remove the cushions and put down carpeted plywood.

Anyone do this before? What have you down to make a runabout more fishing friendly? I am looking for this that are not permanent changes.

I really need to figure out rod holders for when fishing.
