Anyone been on Bowstring recently? Wondering how the Accesses are with the low water? Would like to use the North access, but that can be tough with low water. Any information on that Access or the south Access would be appreciated.

Also, any news on the Walleye and Crappie bite?

The access are not fun. Plus from all the motors running in the access there are holes in them so is really fun loading and unloading your boat at an angle.

Fishing has been slow with the weathers swinging every witch way.

My wife and myself used the NE Bowstring landing on Sunday 5/28 with no issues for my 18.5 Tyee . Yes it is somewhat shallow, but you will be fine . Although a stiff west wind blowing in there could give some issues..
As for fishing, we got our 8 walleye keepers quite easily in less than 8 ft ,using 1/8 ounce chartreuse jigs with chubs . Many aggressive hamerhandles to deal with though .
