      Anyone local to the Cass Lake Chain, what is the bug report up there? Any big hatches yet?

      Seems the bug hatches around the State are about 2 weeks ahead of schedule, at least the lakes I know. And my understanding was the Cass Lake usually has their big bug hatch the end of June, so in a couple of weeks. So just inquiring of the bug hatches have started yet or not, and if so, was it a big hatch this year?

        First time I didn’t get good feedback on a request from this forum, huh?

        In case anyone else is watching this thread for the same information, a local bait shop told me that the bug hatch started a week or so ago on Cass Lake, and it was pretty big.
