      It’s a grind but if you can put in the time you may be rewarded. Nice fat fall eaters on cranks.

          I love to broil fish. I buy a Swedish fish rub and add old bay, lemon pepper and a touch of Montreal steak seasoning. Top with pats of butter and put them in the broiler for 5-6 minutes

            Yep I agree with broiled fish.  Your recipe sounds great.
