        It amazes me a place that pays this well has to have a job fair to find people, you would think they would already have a stack of resume’s to chose from.
        I wonder if they still have the deal where employees get a break on your ammo if you work for them??

          Yes, we have an employee purchase program for Federal/CCI, and with most of our other sister brands as well, including:

          Savage Arms
          Bushnell
          Weaver optics
          Gunslick
          Hoppes
          Champion Target
          RCBS
          Primos
          Final Approach
          BLACKHAWK!
          Bolle’

          Filling those off shifts is always a challenge, but the pay and benefits are excellent.

            Wow that is pretty good pay! WOW – you mean a company based in the USA can pay good wages, have good benefits, make a good dependable product in the USA and still sell it at a good price?? Who Knew!

                As well, we are looking for some talented engineers with the following experience:

                • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
                • 3+ years’ experience leading projects, PMP certification preferred.
                • 3+ years’ experience Supervisory experience.

                or

                •2+ years’ experience in process improvement engineering
