      Great pictures of some true monster flatheads pout. Glad to see your getting out and catching some. My luck has not been so great but that is shore fishing. I went out Wednesday night to Mankato which had a 0 percent chance of thunderstorms and rain but holy crapola did it storm on me just as I got set up. Oh well I fished in the thunder, lightning and rain for almost five hours and not a bite. Those flatheads are hard to catch and I am sure the storm turned them off. I have put my time in this year but soon my luck will change. Thanks for sharing those great photos of those huge catfish……………….Kirk

        I went out again last night with my brother, nephew and sister and had another good night. We ended up with 9 cats from 7-29 lbs. My nephew got the 29 pounder. Heres some pics.

                Late August and early September are my favorite time of the year for big flatheads. Here is a 38# and 39# that I caught within an hour of each other on September 13th 2009.

                  Awesome cats man! Every fisherman needs to experience a big cat fight…..second to none in my opinion!! I’m still looking for a big guy like that!
