How many LSFers got out this last weekend. The big pond was a little rough but I went for about 3 hours on saturday afternoon with nothing to show for it. I heard several good reports on the saturday night bite. After 9 pm 6 ft of water and a #5 firetiger seemed to be the key..go figure ” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

I was fishing with 3 in my boat and we caught 18 for the night. 5 keepers, and the others too big—but nothing over 26″.
Our fish came between 5ft-9ft deep…speeds varried with wind (imagine that) but it seemed the most productive was 2.0-2.5mph. We caught ALL of our fish on #12 Husky Jerks 80-90ft behind the boat.
#10 Test World Record Holder. Muskie 57" RELEASED!

The weather was great and so was the fishing.
Recap
Friday:
Color Produce Firetiger
We caught fish after this one we gave up on that color
here is the biggest for Friday
Managed a few more in the boat
Saturday
Sorry no pics
The 17′ Lund that we caught didn’t care to stop to take a pic with the people i was guiding,
anyways I don’t think he has or won’t have much of a seal left, IDIOT. he won the crank bait and fireline battle.
Sunday
First fish for me. had to say that Castaway and again no pics, the only one that turned out was the 18″ smallie.
all in all we managed all sizes of fish 27″ and under
with one Lund a t-8 and my friends splicing there lines together and didn’t figure it our until they reeled them in, it was a great night.
be back up Tuesday or Wednesday
There were other LSFers that did have some awsome nights along with some tough ones. I managed to have the tough ones.
I managed to make it up for the weekend. It started out pretty slow. Friday night all we could muster up was 5 fish. Fished in 4-8 fow. It was a long and windy night. Saturday was a different story. Went out just before dark, as soon as we got going the fish were bitting. We caught right around 30 fish with the smallest at about 16” and the largest 27”. Most of the fish came out of 4-7ft. Rock humps and points seemed to be the best. I am sure jimmyrig will give the full report when he gets a chance.
Hey there net boy, good job buddy. We”ll get her next time. ” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />
