      Decades ago I started archery with a Bear Kodiak recurve and upgraded to a compound bow.  Now that I am getting on in years I am eligible to use a crossbow so have been researching and thinking of upgrading once again. The cost was holding my back…But, having made the stop to Gander Outdoors (with their current hunting 50% off sale)  I am now fully upgraded with a Ravin crossbow.  What more can I say – wow!  400fps, 6 1/2#,  26″ in length and less than a foot wide?  I am so excited for the season to begin!

        Good luck and have fun with the new set up, picked up a lightweight 350 FPS Ten Point for myself.Too cheap to go for the R-10, but the one I got is still pretty sweet. Tried the R-10 ,,, nice 👍
