      Unbelievable!

      According to the story they don’t know how much the tax will be, how to enforce it and are playing the burden of proof on the citizen.

        Ummm, San Jose is in California, not Texas…This will be challenged and likely found unconstitutional. Not to mention, it dispraportionately affects the poor and prevents them from exercising their 2nd Amendment rights. Of course, that has never stopped California before…
