when do you guys think the rum river will open up? Anoka Ramsey area down to the dam and into the Sippip? It looks like it is starting to break up by the dam. I wonder how flooding will be with it this year, more this year then last?

I would guess within two weeks might be less looking at the forecast.

Drove by the rum today and it was about 40-50 percent melted. I would guess by this weekend ice will be out.

Ice out completely by St. Francis….some ice by Cambridge, but not much.

Went by the anoka county fair grounds and ice was completely out
