      Their is a Marcum LX3 for sale (used) at a store near me for a good price. No one was able to tell me if it has the True Color upgrade. How do I know if that is installed in the LX3 for sale?

        Look for “tc” after the LX3.

          If it was a regular unit sent in for the TC upgrade there won’t be any stickers or anything else to tip you off right away. You will have to turn the unit on and run the transducer across your hand or carpet or whatever and look at the colors that show up on the screen.

          I know this because I sent mine in over the summer and when I got it back there wasn’t a sticker so I called them and they told me they don’t rebadge the upgraded units.

          They say your smart if you have a college degree, I say the real genious is the guy that figured out how to get paid for fishing. <img decoding=" title="" class="bbcode_smiley" />
