      Me and a couple buddies are out working by Tioga and are having a hard time catching northerns. Just trying to get a little advice from somebody that has fished Sakakawea before. Thanks for any help.

        Have friends that farm near New Town,pike are running now,they fish small creeks and streams feeding into the big lake from shore,shallow water with smelt/suckers,another contact lives in Hazen,he has a small resort just north of town,seen pics of monster pike they catch thru the ice just off shore of his cabins late ice.

          White Earth River Bay! Late ice, Preferably some run off, They can be right under the ice in SHALLOW water
