      I will be heading down to the cities this weekend and am debating on bringing the canoe to try get a quick float in. Has anyone been out on the Mississippi in the Monticello/elk river area? If so, how was it and what are the river conditions like these days?

        River is at about it’s normal level. Weather has been fairly stable and boats have been out so you shouldn’t have any issues.
