heard another truck went through number 9 this year. be safe and watch those pressure ridges. always best to use the resorts they are the ones checking everything daily.

Had a co-worker partially go through many years ago because he thought he could just drive over a pressure ridge instead of driving the 1/2 mile to the resort bridge. $10,000 later he had his truck back in working condition.

My group found them standard for about 4 hrs on our tracked machines. Gave them ride back to shore. IMO they got lucky it was this cold cuz ridge seemed to be pushed back together underneath.

yeah they were lucky. I’ve been going to millelacs as long as I can remember I remember back in the early 80s going over a bridge that was so tall the bumper on the station wagon we were in drug just to get up. they are lucky your group came across them. thanks sundie for always helping out.
