575 pounds processed this year. 200 pounds of venison and 375 pounds of pork. We got smarter this year and decided to say to hell with processing everything into brats being that took us two full weekends to do 775 pounds last year. This year we knocked it all out in a day and a half using bulk bags. Kielbasa was the only sausage that was cased.

25# traditional sticks, 25# pepperjack sticks, 25# sweet sticks, 25# cheddar sticks

50# traditional summer sausage, 25# pepperjack summer sausage, 25# cheddar summer sausage

      50# Smoked Kielsbasa

25# Swiss style, 25# Oktoberfest style, 25# beer style, 25# jalapeno cheddar style, 25# Italian, 25# Chili Dog, 25# Jambalaya, 25# Buffalo Blue Cheese, 25# Apple Breakfast

We did utilize Walton’s. We have used their products the last 3 years and have been nominated the official unofficial ambassadors and they graciously sent us shirts and hats.
