        The ice was all moving down river from Pepin on Sunday.

        Sis said that Pepin just cracked open on Friday afternoon, and Sunday’s wind had most of the lake open by the time we were driving back to St Paul about 6PM.

        Ice was piled on the WIs shore, and the points on the MN side.
