Just curious because I haven’t seen the sign up yet, and opening is Sat.

Not looking promising, I’m in if it shakes out.

Freightrain50 used to run it,He hasnt been on LSF since last spring.Maybe if some want it they should start it up,Its work that needs constant updates. So who wants to take responsibility and start it goin again?

I think it will take someone with admin access to the web site to be able to update the scores.

Guessing no contest this year and judging by the lack of traffic we’ll be lucky if the site makes it through the year.

We used to get 5-10 new members a day. Now we’re got just a couple a month. Unfortunately this site is on its last leg despite all of the great people on it.

I’m disappointed there isn’t an archery contest this year.

There are still a few forums out there holding their own with good users and informative discussions. However, they are getting fewer and fewer. The big 2 MN forms LSF and HSO are on a major decline and are barely worth visiting now days.

Its too bad about the contest, this was really going to be my year!

I guess someone doesn’t like when people state the obvious.

As far as the archery contest, did anyone see anything this weekend? The weather certainly isn’t cooperating.

I’m getting a late start to the season. I’ve been dealing with a back and shoulder injury so I missed a lot of shooting time over the summer. I was out over the weekend getting my ladder stand moved and getting a ground blind placed and brushed in. Also did a little shooting and it looks like my form is coming back and groups are tightening up.

Hope to hit the stand for the first time in early October. Before then I’ve got too many family obligations and I’d like to give the deer some time to get accustomed to the stand and blind before going back in there.

So far it seems like a little less sign than last year but still looks to be a lot of deer.
