      finally got out on Chisago, ice was 14 to 16 in, allot of people driving trucks on the ice ,got some crappies, mostly on Waxies,28 ft of water, no one around me , mid week

        went out of high banks, great roads, many ice castles, bar and resturant open

            spent a week on Winnie, best bite was perch,17 to 20 ft, aliot of big houses, out there 18 to 20 in. ice, eyes, were small, and infrequent, so much traffic, on the ice, but got some to bring home, and a few perch meals on the ice, few northerns ,as things opened up , up there ,, there is fun to be had for all

              Thanks for the info , I will wait for awhile, but, if any of you, want to get any more info on the ice , or the plowing of snow , now that we have some, Frankies plows the road on Chisago, and if you call them , they will let you know when they start and what they find for Ice thickness , by the road or what people have told them , just remember to help them out , some by frequenting their establishment, I’m not saying they are the only place to check, but they have been real fair with me, Its just always feels safer to me to go out after a larger plow truck, has been on the ice, but remember, its never completely safe

                the thing that I always seem to forget , ism coffee filters, as many of the cabins that we rent have a coffee pot but newer filters

                  sorry to hear about this, as there no longer plates on them , lets hope that they don’t remove the life time trailer license and it shows up,, hope it shows up
