This past weekend 2/23 was very slow. The barometer was very low, which I had always thought was to mean good fishing. However I see that there is a barometer device that is made for fishing that says to opposite.
We got 1 fish from Friday 5:30pm to Sat noon. Nothing til Sat. night. Then is was 4.
Got kicked off the lake, the resort I go out of came out and said they were going to stop plowing Sunday about 10am. They had even abandoned the old road and made a new one due to the drifting and the slush. We saw 6 truck stuck on the old road. Crazy condition that I have never seen on that lake.
One more weekend for the perm to be out. Then back to the portables.
