Its spare ribs for us this evening,I am doing them naked,NO rub NO sauce just salt and pepper with a few dips for them once their done.Made baked alaska for desert.That came from watching a Alaska show and somehow baked alaska came up!

What’s everyone got lined up….any new sauces? I am always a fan of Carolina Mustard BBQ, we tried a blueberry sauce a few years back that was actually really good

Had dinner at my daughters house Sunday. My son-in-law is really getting grilling down. He made some baby backs that were done just right. His own sauce he made up and that shows he’s really into it. Had some fruit and other treats and when it came down to the meal it was just ribs and corn. good luck.

Found 2 racks of baby’s when I was cleaning out the freezer. I prefer spares by a lot, but these actually turned out very good. The dark ones were a spicy coffee rub, and the light ones were a sweet rib. The ugly drum passed the test again.
