      Its spare ribs for us this evening,I am doing them naked,NO rub NO sauce just salt and pepper with a few dips for them once their done.Made baked alaska for desert.That came from watching a Alaska show and somehow baked alaska came up!

        Made a couple racks today. Did the 2,2,1 thing. Turned out awesome. Also threw on a few NY strips I had thawed for Sat. But company showed up for 🍻’s

                Been way too long for this thread to get a bump, over a year!!!…..I know ribs will be on the menu for 4th!

                What’s everyone got lined up….any new sauces? I am always a fan of Carolina Mustard BBQ, we tried a blueberry sauce a few years back that was actually really good

                              Had dinner at my daughters house Sunday. My son-in-law is really getting grilling down. He made some baby backs that were done just right. His own sauce he made up and that shows he’s really into it. Had some fruit and other treats and when it came down to the meal it was just ribs and corn. good luck.

                                That sauce page worthy….you know how I like making sauces, most store brands just dont do it for me!?

                                I smoked a pork shoulder over the 4th but totally dropped the ball on pics after calling the thread out

                                  Found 2 racks of baby’s when I was cleaning out the freezer. I prefer spares by a lot, but these actually turned out very good. The dark ones were a spicy coffee rub, and the light ones were a sweet rib. The ugly drum passed the test again.
