Hey guys-
I live in Rogers (wish I was in Wright county instead of Hennepin), but when I go fishing locally I almost always head west.
The lakes I frequent include Maple, Buffalo, Beebe, and Charlotte, to name a few.
Need a fishing buddy for any time of year around here? Just let me know. Also, free answers to any of your questions about these lakes – what little I know.

I live in Buffalo and fish Dean lake, Pulaski, Independence and Buffalo most of the time. Last summer I fell in love with rice lake by Paynesville. If it’s during the week you can probably find me on one of the first 4.
You can't explain to a moron that they're a moron.
After a childhood spent being a river rat around lacrosse, and all the small stream trout fishing I could manage, I hung my rod up for 20+ years.
Now I live in annandale and I’ve gotten the itch back. Went out, bought a cheap spinning rig and trying to get the hang of post work short fishing trips in the annandale area.
Not much luck yet, but chalk that up to rust and not understanding where early season bluegills and crappies are to be found from the shore.
I’ve spied some nice shallow sand/gravel beds, but I’d guess its to early for spawning season.
I can’t wait to have that first fish fry of crappies and bluegills, the finest tasting fish known to man.

just started visiting this site, been living in Wright for a few years now…. trying to get into fishing more. I’m originally from Maryland and even though we got the Chesapeake Bay out where I grew up the fishing culture here in Minnesota is FAR superior that than of Maryland so I’m trying to learn all I can about fishing and the local lakes to occasionally catch a delicious dinner and fill some time between waterfowl season ” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />
Been on LSF for a year and just now noticed this forum. Wright county lifer growing up in Buffalo, but I live in Big Lake now. The Buffalo-Maple-Pelican triangle and eveything in between is where you’ll find me. Getting to know Big and the surrounding lakes a little better too now that I live out there
