I’m 60 yrs young! and have seen ONE crappie caught in the main lake area in all those years.. It was caught out by Hunters Point 2 mile fishing late season perch one year

If the pilot stays on, your gas valve is bad I would guess. What brand and type of furnace is it?
If the pilot goes out when you turn the gas valve to on. Its normally a bad thermocouple or thermopile.

I heard from a fellow fisherman that the Mille Lacs Band is building a “bar” to serve liquor on the reservation. This a big change from what has been done or allowed in the past on the Mille Lacs casino property??
They are doing this prior to the big event to be held there….Just what I heard?

So fishnpole, with all the roads that are within the map your listing. What concerns should one have with any band members driving with out vehicle insurance? As you know they are not required to have any while on the reservation..they have thier own rules!!!

right now we have a ton of small perch and not sure if you noticed the lake shiners in the shallows!! lots of them feeding our fish population!!

got up at 4:15 am when I heard the wind…only have some small ridges off shore a short distance currently. I’m wondering what those winds will do am Saturday…..big gusts 40mph
